Description:
This application will improve the customer service and support process that will allow SUD Life customer support team to resolve the customer requests (OTC and Non-OTC), Queries, and Grievances of their customers into the system via multiple channels (Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Walk-in, Portal). This project will setup a customized support process for SUD Life customer service teams on Salesforce Service Cloud. An integration will be setup with internal system Life Asia and SUD Life DWH System to bring in customers and policy information.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirements & preparing RTMs, Test Scenarios, Test Data and Test Cases.
• Worked on New Business, Underwriting & Policy Servicing module on Life Asia.
• Executing scenarios such as Mobile number update, Email ID update, Change in Residential Status, Gender Change, Marital Status Change & Policy Related Details Etc.

Primary Objective of the proposed project is to reduced New Business policy issuance TAT and bring it to as close as possible to near real time in case of STP policies. RPA is use to automate Premium Collection Receipt data into premium Recon Module.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirements, preparing test scenarios, test data and test cases.
• Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analysing and Defect Reporting.
• Created Banks Statement & Flat Files in excel sheet for testing Recon Module.
• Verify summary report of Credit, Debit, Charges & Investments which is created By RPA Bot.
• Check Knockoff Process & entries in Recon Module.
• Interact with developers and discussed about bugs/defects.
• Use Postman application for creating bank transactions in RPA Recon Module.
